The Global Undergraduate Award Summit, has always been a prestigious event recognising outstanding research achievements at the undergraduate level, and this year it is set to make a triumphant return to its roots with the inclusion of an All-Ireland Ceremony in the proceedings. Scheduled for November 13th, 2024 in Dublin, this exciting development marks a significant milestone in the history of the Summit, reaffirming its commitment to fostering global collaboration while celebrating the exceptional talent emerging from Irish universities.
The Global Undergraduates Awards was initially founded in 2008 as an all-Ireland programme expanding in 2012 to accept submissions from the top students at universities all over the world. Since then the Global Undergraduate Awards and Summit has served as a platform to honour and showcase the exemplary research work of undergraduate students from around the world. Today it is synonymous with excellence, providing a unique opportunity for young scholars to connect, collaborate, and inspire one another.
