Global Undergraduate Awards 2024

The Global Undergraduate Awards (GUA) is proud to announce the winners of the 2024 competition, recognising the very best undergraduate work from students across the world. This prestigious programme spans 25 diverse academic disciplines, from architecture and engineering to life sciences and the arts, highlighting exceptional research, innovation, and academic achievement.

The Global Undergraduate Awards celebrates the brightest young minds and showcases their contributions to a global audience.

Dr Maher, Executive Director of GUA, expressed: “We are thrilled to recognise the outstanding achievements of this year’s winners. The GUA’s mission is to empower students to unlock their full potential and give them the confidence to use their talents to shape a brighter future.”

2024 Global Winners

This year, 25 global winners have been selected from thousands of submissions, representing universities and institutions from every corner of the world. Each of these students has demonstrated an extraordinary level of originality, focus, and rigour in their work, impressing a panel of 482 expert judges. Global Winners will receive a gold medal, a certificate of recognition, and the opportunity to have their work published in The Undergraduate Library.

The winners also receive a fully-funded trip to Dublin, Ireland, where they will attend the UA Global Summit 2024 to celebrate their achievements alongside fellow winners, academics, and industry leaders.
