Pamela Holmes

Pamela is a student from Scotland and recently graduated with a first class degree in History from Trinity College Dublin. Whilst at Trinity she developed a passion for the study of twentieth century Irish history. In particular she has a keen interest in examining this period from a more global perspective, with her undergraduate dissertation focusing on the changing status of Irish missionaries in India between the World Wars. During her third year of university Pamela was an exchange scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where she enjoyed the culture, researching American history and the weather in equal measure. She is now based in London where she is studying for a degree in English Law.
