Garrick is a BSc chemistry graduate from National University of Singapore and is currently on a year-long research attachment at Singapore’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research. A firm believer in the transformative potential of materials research, Garrick synergizes both theory and experiment in his research to guide the rational design of novel materials for energy and sustainability applications. Garrick will be commencing his PhD in the US in 2020 and aspires to be a scientist. Outside research, Garrick enjoys communicating about all-things science to the public and is an avid runner.
