Feedback & Complaints Procedure

The Undergraduate Awards is committed to ensuring that all our communications are open and welcoming. It is core to our beliefs that, in order to develop and grow, we need to listen to our community. Therefore, we value all feedback we receive.

You may contact us about any aspect of The Undergraduate Awards programme, operations and governance via email, letter, phone, or the contact form on our Contact Us page.

We are open 9am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm on Fridays. We aim to turnaround all emails within 48 hours.

Making a Complaint
Any complaints will receive the attention of Programme Director Louise Hodgson in the first instance, and if further action is required, will be brought to the attention of the Board of Directors.
