Dominic O’Key is studying for an MA in Critical and Cultural Theory at the University of Leeds. His research interests include animal studies, European cinema and a healthy dose of theory. Dominic has presented his original research at the 2014 Reading Animals conference at the University of Sheffield and, in 2015, will be publishing a paper on Jan Němec’s Diamonds of the Night in the journal Studies in Eastern European Cinema. He studied on an Erasmus exchange at the Freie Universitaet Berlin, where he spent most of the year eating vegan pizzas.
